Are you currently unemployed and looking to restart your career?

Our Back to Work Training programme, part of our successful Train-to-Gain project is designed to help you develop essential skills, boost your confidence, and secure meaningful employment. All training is completely free for eligible participants*

We currently offer:

  • Industry specific training programmes in Education, Care, Retail and Hospitality
  • Accredited Training including First Aid, Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Health & Wellbeing Workshops
  • Functional Skills (Maths & English)
  • CV Support
  • Careers Information, Advice & Guidance
  • Volunteer Opportunities

This programme is open to adults aged 19+, living in Birmingham who are not currently in work, education, or training. Whether you’re returning to work after a break, switching careers, or need a confidence boost, we’re here to support you.
