Our Buggy Exercise Class is a free, friendly, and inclusive fitness session just for women—perfect for all ages and abilities.

This new addition to our Movement Monday sessions lets you enjoy gentle and effective exercise without the need for childcare—your baby stays in the buggy, right by your side!

Whether you’re just easing back into fitness or looking to maintain a healthy routine, this class is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energised, and supported.

Led by a qualified and encouraging instructor from Inspiring Fitness, this class focuses on helping you:

  • Meet other mums in a relaxed and supportive environment
