Level 1 Award in Health Awareness
Friday 2nd May 2025 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
An introduction to the principles of health and how lifestyle choices impact wellbeing. This course empowers learners to take responsibility for their own health and engage with health service providers.

 

Level 1 Award in Nutrition for Health
Friday 9th May 2025 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
For those interested in basic nutrition and healthy eating, this course provides a strong foundation in how diet impacts overall health. Ideal for those considering careers in catering, hospitality, leisure, or health-related fields.

 

Award in Encouraging Physical Activity
Friday 16th May 2025 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Learn how to motivate others to lead a more active lifestyle. This course explores barriers to physical activity and strategies for promoting healthier habits.
