Our morning session offers free over 50’s activities including tea/coffee and lunch, speakers, gentle fitness activities like chair Yoga. A really lovely, friendly space to meet others and socialise. In the afternoon 12.30-3.00pm we have a fun Bingo session with a weekly raffle to add to the fun (small charges apply to take part in this). We also organise a trip each year and hold special events throughout the year which you can join in with including an Easter Party, Summer BBQ and lovely Christmas party.
